With a well-rounded experience in operations, HRM and Marketing for 20 years I developed the capacities of public speaking, excellent communication and people skills, strategic business planning and operations management. During my long career life I had to work with diverse people from medical representatives to journalists, which enabled me to be emotionally intelligent and develop the know-how to manage diversification in the organization. Furthermore while delivering HR services to clients I am acquainted with HR practices in different industries and can draw the benchmark for Bangladesh.
