I am Md Shah Alam, a dedicated MS Excel and Power BI professional trainer with over a decade of experience in two leading financial institutions. My career began in 2010 at IDLC Finance Ltd, where I spent four years honing my skills. In 2014, I transitioned to LankaBangla Finance Ltd, eventually becoming the Head of the MIS and Regulatory Reporting Department, where I oversaw central MIS. Driven by a passion for teaching and empowering others, I made a significant shift in 2020 to become a full-time MS Excel and Power BI trainer. As a Microsoft Certified MS Excel Trainer, I now specialize in helping professionals master data tools for impactful decision-making.
